Charmaine has a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment industry having completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Kingston University; she worked for ten years in one of the UK’s largest technical recruitment agencies. She quickly became one of the Company's leading consultants, managing accounts with Rolls Royce and leading Retail Stores. Her passion to deliver outstanding client service and understanding companies' short and long-term recruitment needs, has helped her build lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Outside of the work environment, Charmaine follows current affairs and is a keen sports woman enjoying both hockey and avidly follows rugby.
