As the Project Manager you will have a proven track record of team leadership, specifically in and driving through automotive projects to high quality standards. You must be a strong organizer and negotiator and have both design and production experience in the automotive or general manufacturing industry. You should be commercially aware and have strong communications skills. You will have experience of working with companies’ OEMs
The successful Project Manager will be someone with proven experience of leading a team driving a project from concept phase through design, development of tooling and into production on time, within budget and quality targets set.
As the Project Manager your main duties will be the managing and driving through projects from beginning to end. This will include all aspects of the project process from concept, design, NPI and quality targets, to budgets, deadlines and production.
You will be the main point of contact for the internal and external customer on the projects you are managing - presenting and negotiating.
Other duties will include assisting the program manager and engineering manager in developing processes.
