A leading marketing agency is seeking a dedicated Business Support Executive to join their team. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, from supporting business development to ensuring the seamless operation of digital content services.

Role Overview

The Business Support Executive will play a pivotal role within the Business Development team, handling a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of products and digital content services. Key responsibilities include:

– Assisting in the delivery of various projects and identifying marketing opportunities.
– Preparing and presenting product presentations.
– Conducting product and consumer user experience testing.
– Performing market research and competitor analysis.
– Supporting affiliate marketing efforts by researching advertising partners.
– Learning to launch new business lines and managing partner onboarding processes.
– Updating websites and documentation to comply with market regulations.
– Producing compliant promotional material based on market and network regulations.
– Building financial projections for existing and new services.
– Documenting processes to support team roles.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– A solid understanding of project management and marketing principles.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
– Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
– Knowledge of Photoshop (advantageous but not essential).
– Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
