Graphic Designer
Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid

CV Consulting have been assigned to recruit a mid-weight graphic designer for leading marketing & branding agency.
Working with the studio team and reporting into the Creative Director, you will work to create and deliver original creative solutions to briefs that come in from a varied portfolio of clients. You will have a good understanding of design process for digital and print, confidently contributing to the entire creative process, from ideation and presenting initial ideas, right through to final execution. You will have the ability to take an initial concept, design or idea and move it forward into new spaces, whilst being respectful of clients brands and guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
·Keep up to date with Adobe Creative Suite (principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop – XD, After effects and Premier an advantage)
·Possess a sound knowledge of print processes
·Possess the ability to create content for digital applications – from basic understanding of social content and video storyboard creation to app and website design
·Responsible for delivering consistent creative across all offline and online channels with a good understanding of artworking
·A consistent and accurate approach to design work to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales
·Ensuring all day-to-day work is of the highest possible calibre, with Great visualisation skills and a meticulous eye for detail
·Experienced working with brands and adhering to guidelines, you will be able to turn your hand to most studio tasks and know the best way to complete them
·To attend project briefings as required and provide creative and technical/process input
·Be part of the creative team, inspiring other creatives and contributing inspiration to weekly “Creative Huddles”
·Help the CD find the best and most cost-effective partners to work with (i.e. photographers, videographers, illustrators, film producers, digital developers and printers)
This is a hybrid role working as part of a fab team in a in a growing agency, working with large brands and projects.
You will need to have a strong agency background, ideally working with big brands and be a great thinker in terms of ideas as well as creating beautiful visuals with an eye for crafting your work and will be at home when working on branding or campaign work and with animation, digital UX/UI skills would be a plus.
