HR Co-Ordinator Salary – Competitive Commutable from: Kettering, Wellingborough, Northampton, Corby, Rushden Hours Monday to Friday 9 – 5 This is a great opportunity for someone looking for more responsibility and autonomy in HR, as well as increase their knowledge. Key elements of the role include: Recruitment activities Processing new starters, leavers, movers and changes Time and Attendance Maintain accurate employee data Maintain weekly payroll reports Absence monitoring Assisting the wider HR team projects and tasks when required Monthly and weekly reporting Coordinate and provide accurate HR administrative support to the HR Business Partners and managers Effectively manage all stages of employee relations Support and coach line managers to ensure all HR matters are managed correctly Co-ordinate occupational healthcare activities for new starters and existing employees where needed About you: Experienced and efficient HR Professional, with excellent attention to detail. Used to working in a fast paced and demanding environment. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Be able to deal with employees and managers at all levels. Excellent understanding of HR practice. Level 7 CIPD qualified preferable.
