The Profile: 

The successful IT Support Specialist will have a computer science qualification or relevant IT background. The role will suite a graduate or a candidate with a couple of years work experience in IT development work. This is a great opportunity for an induvial to join an organisation who will invest in the candidates for the future.

A full clean driving license and access to own transport is a must as there will be some travelling to our sister site required.

The Role:

As the IT Support Specialist, you will be located within a manufacturing business supporting both development work and any 1^st line and second line support issues for the organisation. At least once a week the It Support/development specialist will work at another site where they will work closely with the Financial  Director to with business development support actives 

The person will be expected to work with ERP specific tools (training will be given) to include;

• Database extract and data load tools
• Report browser creation tools
• Output document creation tools
• UI experience optimisation tools

Other requirements;

• Knowledge of EDI
• Able to support users with Microsoft office and other day to day queries
• SQL database knowledge
