Salary: £32,760 rising to £35,868 upon full qualification
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Continental Shift Pattern (12-hour rotating shifts, days and nights)

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate Flowwrap and Multivac packaging machines.
– Perform quality checks per food safety standards.
– Run multiple production lines, minimise waste, and meet KPIs.
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
– Manage stock and ensure traceability.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
– Reliable and teamwork-oriented.
– Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
– Able to work 12-hour Continental shifts.
– Experience in food manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
