VP of Growth
London/ Hybrid/ Remote

**Purpose of the Role:**
The Vice President of Growth will spearhead the Marketing & Sales functions, driving the agency’s new business targets and ensuring a robust pipeline. This role is pivotal in shaping the agency’s market presence and achieving revenue goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**New Business (Pitches & Proposals):**
– Oversee and ensure the quality of agency responses to pitches, maintaining a best-in-class standard.
– Collaborate with internal specialists to create cohesive and impactful pitch responses.
– Manage the entire pitch process, ensuring a first-class experience for prospects.
– Foster relationships with agency leads across the Media Network to facilitate joint pitch opportunities.
**New Business (Best Practices & Assets):**
– Develop a ‘how we win’ pitch ethos and guide in collaboration with the CCO.
– Evolve the agency’s credentials and create joint propositions with the leadership team.
– Oversee the development of props and sales plays to support prospecting and proposal efforts.
– Maintain a repository of content and materials for efficient pitch and proposal responses.
**Marketing:**
– Translate the Marketing Strategy for 2025 into a comprehensive Marketing Plan.
– Guide the Marketing team, providing strategic feedback and approvals.
– Ensure the agency is well-represented across the networking and event calendar.
– Align all marketing activities with the agency’s growth goals and overarching strategy.
– Collaborate with Marketing teams across the Media Network to leverage PR and amplification opportunities.
**Reporting:**
– Oversee the creation of a marketing dashboard linking spend and activity to pipeline and revenue wins.
– Ensure accurate updates of new business dashboards to reflect current pipeline and forecasts.
– Develop a historical view of new business data for trend analysis and performance tracking.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
– Proven experience in a senior marketing or sales role, ideally within an agency setting.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
– Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
